Black Mini Plaid/Eyelet Ruffly Lacy Bloomers!! S/M

Awesome black plaid cotton, with gathered fluffy eyelet!! Two tiers of super fluffy ruffles, with a wide leg, relaxed fit, elastic waist! I made these awhile ago and just realized I had one more pair to finish, so I did, and here they are!! S/M around waist 26”-40”, hips around 54”, length about 28/29”!
