With two tiers of lace trimmed ruffles, rounded collar, two sets of front ties , slightly shaped top, and super gathered bottom! Patch pockets with lace!! Tied tightly this is about 44” around the underarm and meant to be more fitted, and can also be loosely tied for a baggier look, then very a-line and swishy around the bottom, length about 41”!
