Green Plaid/Blue Ruffly Bowtie High Low Skirt!! O/S

Awesome green plaid cotton, with accent eyelet bottom ruffle, gathered lace trim, blue ruffles and a big fluffy bow on the front side!! This has tons of fabric, with added flared seams! Very swishy! Scrunches all around! Elastic waist! As it is, waist is 30”-46”, and I can change it if you need. Length in back 39”, front about 30”!
